I am sad for the people as well. I was fortunate to be able to hear a mass in this beautiful lamdmark once when I was very young, and it was unforgettable.

My heart aches as well, both for the people of Paris and for all those who make a visit to Notre Dame a cornerstone of their wider visit to the City of Light.

I saw, indeed the tragedy that took place in Paris.
It’s a pity, but with a little help from humanity, it will become again the beautiful piece of art that once was.

A very sad event especially during Holy Week but hopefully the world will unite to help rebuild it and many of the artifacts were saved, now in the Louvre and City Hall in Paris for safekeeping.
